  • How accurate is the output?

    Synopsis uses advanced deep learning for food recognition, achieving 90%+ accuracywhen analyzing clear, well-lit images with all food items visible. If ingredients are obscured or lighting is poor, accuracy may decrease, and manual adjustments may be needed.

  • How do I log meals without a picture?

    Use the "Describe" option to enter a brief description of your meal. Synopsis will generate nutrition data based on your input and create a photorealistic image for your food diary, helping you stay on track with your goals.

  • How do I fix errors in my results?

    You can manually edit each ingredient, match it with our verified food database, or scan a barcode for higher accuracy.

  • How do I delete / edit my account?

    Go to Account Settings in the mobile app to update your profile or make changes to your account. You can also delete your account from the settings page.

  • How do I request a refund?

    Apple Users: Apple manages all in-app purchases and refunds. You can request a refund through their support page.

    Google Play & Web Users: Contact us at support@synopsis.run with the email linked to your account and your refund request details.
