You retain ownership of your User-Generated Content. We own all Synopsis Content and the Services.

3.3 Our License to You

We grant you a limited, revocable, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services and Synopsis Content for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3.4 Your License to Us

By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display your content in connection with the Services and our business.
